Terms and conditions

1. Operating office hours:

  • Every Monday to Friday 08:00 to 19:00

  • Saturday, Sunday and public holidays 09:00 to 18:00

  • The rest of the time is "special operating hours"

3. The service will be calculated in Hong Kong dollars . After the company confirms the booking, the passenger must pay the fare through the following methods within 2 hours.

4. Additional fees :

  • Tunnel tolls, bridge tolls, parking lot fees, and other miscellaneous fees are actually reimbursed.

  • If there are two wheelchair seats on the same journey, an additional fee of HK$50 will be charged.

  • If the scheduled reception time exceeds 10 minutes, HK$ 120 will be charged for every 15 minutes thereafter.

  • If the customer needs to change the date (the changed date must be within one month of the original date), please notify the company 36 hours in advance of the original date. An administrative fee of HK$60 will be charged for each rescheduling, and the remaining fare will be saved as the deposit for the next usage of service.


5. Cancellation clause:

  • If the reservation is cancelled at least 72 hours before the date of use, an administrative fee of HK$100 will be charged, and the remaining fare will be refunded.

  • If the car reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of the date of use, an administrative fee of HK$200 will be charged, and the remaining fare will be refunded.

  • If the car reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of the date of use, or passenger(s) do not show up at the scheduled reception time, there is a chance that it will be regarded as a missed appointment, and all fees will not be refunded.

 

6. Severe weather arrangements:

Whenever practicable, the driver must stop the pick-up service immediately as soon as typhoon signal No. 8 & Black Rain or above is hoisted, and park the car at a designated safe place (if there is no designated place, it will be parked in a covered parking lot).


7. Service restrictions and suggestions:

  • The above rental services in New Territories do not include Lantau Island.

  • The carriage of this vehicle can only carry non-electric (manual) wheelchair.

  • If the wheelchair user is severely disabled or elderly, it is recommended to be accompanied by a family member or make an appointment with our personal carer.

 

8. BIG BOSS(Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. and its suppliers reserve the right of final decision on the relevant rules.
